Madelaine Criden, known to everyone as Maddy, has been passionate about food and cooking since birth. After graduating from Hamilton College with an Economics major and Anthropology minor, she attended the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. She now lives in Washington, D.C. with her boyfriend and her growing cookbook collection.
