		<description>Hey Maddie! (did I spell you right?) I live in Winston-Salem. You were right in my backyard! Anytime you find yourself close to the BBQ capitol of the world again, I'll be more than happy to show you some BBQ joints or other must-try spots to partake in some classic Southern fare!

There are two types of BBQ in NC that have the critics fighting: the vinegary type you tried and a spicy, tomato based BBQ called Eastern NC BBQ. I prefer the spicier kind but I love the coleslaw that is a must on the vinegary kind.</description>
