		<description>Looks incredible.  I love the idea of the sauteed sugar snap peas and rice.  I usually serve chicken piccata with fresh fettuccine and green beans sauteed in lemon butter.  Way to do justice to the capers, too -- I am addicted to them.  Large caper berries with lemon wedges make a nice colorful garnish for this, I think.</description>
